Thank you for choosing to stay with Reebah. We understand that plans can change, and we are committed to providing you with a clear and fair cancellation and refund policy. Please read the following policies carefully to understand how cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. General Cancellation Policy
- Standard Bookings:
For standard reservations, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time to avoid a cancellation fee.- If cancelled 48 hours or more before check-in:
You will receive a full refund of the amount paid, excluding any processing fees. - If cancelled within 48 hours of check-in:
A cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay will be charged. The remaining balance (if applicable) will be refunded to your payment method.

- Non-Refundable Bookings:
Some special offers or discounted rates may be non-refundable. In these cases, the full payment is taken at the time of booking, and no refund will be issued for cancellations or changes.
2. Cancellation for Group Bookings
For group bookings (more than 5 rooms or bookings for more than 10 people), different cancellation terms may apply. Cancellations for group bookings must be made at least 14 days before the check-in date. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a cancellation fee up to 50% of the total booking amount.
3. Refund Process
- Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account. - Processing Fees:
Please note that any booking-related processing fees (such as online transaction fees) are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation. - Special Refund Circumstances:
In case of exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or natural disasters, we will do our best to accommodate your situation. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if proper documentation (such as a medical certificate or emergency notification) is provided. Such requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your booking and fail to cancel in advance, you will be charged for the full stay, and no refund will be issued.
5. Changes to Reservation
- Date Changes:
If you wish to change the dates of your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Subject to availability, changes may be made without any additional charge, provided the new dates fall within the same rate policy. If changes are made within the 48-hour cancellation window, a cancellation fee may apply. - Room Changes:
Any changes to your room type (e.g., upgrading or downgrading) will be subject to availability. If a lower-priced room is selected, no refund will be issued for the difference in price. If an upgrade is made, the guest will be required to pay the difference.
6. Early Check-Out
If you decide to check out earlier than your planned departure date, no refund will be provided for unused nights, and the full amount for the originally booked stay will be charged.
7. Force Majeure
In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events), we may need to cancel or adjust your booking. In such cases, we will offer you:
- A full refund if your booking is canceled by the hotel.
- The option to reschedule your stay for a future date (subject to availability).
8. Refunds for Payment Errors
If a refund is issued due to an error made by Reebah Hotel or our payment processing partners (such as overcharging or incorrect billing), we will process a full refund as soon as possible, at no additional cost to you.
